The team behind Code Ninjas Seattle
A recent UW Computer Science graduate bringing incredible energy and a strong technical foundation to the dojo. Raised in Monroe, she's passionate about community and helping every ninja learn, create, and feel at home.
A recent Electrical Engineering graduate from UW. Fluent in multiple spoken and programming languages, she brings a global perspective to the dojo having grown up on the beautiful island of Java.
A UW graduate, world traveler, and seasoned dojo mentor. Her coding chops and gift for guiding young minds are truly top-tier. A Sensei of the highest order with years of experience.
From a long lineage of Code Senseis and a senior at Lincoln High School — as cool and calm as they come. Aspiring CS student already inspiring the next generation of coders.

Code Ninjas Seattle is a fun, safe space where kids learn to code by building their own video games. We teach coding and computer science in a way that feels exciting and hands-on — turning screen time into skill-building time.
We’re both an education center and an extracurricular activity, designed to fit busy family schedules. Our flexible, drop-in model means there’s no need to sign up for a specific class time — simply choose the days and times that work best for you.
Our Senseis guide each Ninja through engaging projects that build foundational skills in coding, computer science, problem-solving, logic, and creativity. Kids progress at their own pace while gaining real-world tech skills and confidence along the way.
Beyond our core program, we also offer summer camps, clubs, year-round day camps, and unforgettable birthday parties — making Code Ninjas Seattle a year-round destination for learning and fun.

Code Ninjas Seattle is owned and operated by Geo and Chelsea, longtime Ballard residents of 15 years. With a 5th grader and a preschooler of their own, they're passionate about creativity, education, and building community. When Geo's creative work paused during the pandemic, the opportunity to launch Code Ninjas in Seattle emerged and they jumped in. For the past four years, they've been dedicated to creating a fun, welcoming space where kids can discover, build, and grow.
